A painting from William Bett's Surveillance series presented by Margaret Thatcher Projects at PULSE.
A quick note: This painting was on display in the "hallway" to the buildings emergency exit beside the main area of the booth. There was a nice security guard posted there. I found the work's subject matter (surveillance) and its location amusing.
